How much does commercial moving cost in NYC?
Small office moves (10–20 people) typically run $2,500–$6,000. Mid-size offices (30–60 people) run $6,000–$15,000. Large corporate relocations are quoted based on inventory and scope. All quotes are flat-rate, all-inclusive.
Can you work nights and weekends?
Yes — that’s most of our commercial work. We typically arrive at 6 PM Friday and finish by 6 AM Monday for a 50-person office. No overtime fees, no weekend surcharges.
Do you handle IT equipment?
Yes. We work with your IT team or third-party IT vendor to disconnect, transport, and reconnect servers, workstations, networking gear, and peripherals. We don’t handle data migration, but we coordinate the physical move precisely.
What about building requirements like COI?
We provide Certificates of Insurance within 24 hours of request. Most NYC buildings require $1M–$2M coverage — we carry $2M+ standard. We also handle freight elevator reservations and loading dock scheduling.
How far in advance should I book?
For small moves, 2–4 weeks is typical. For larger corporate relocations, 6–12 weeks is recommended. We can handle shorter notice for an additional logistics fee.
Do you move server rooms?
Yes — but server moves require special handling. We coordinate with your IT staff or vendor for proper shutdown, transport, and reconnection. We also offer climate-controlled transport for sensitive equipment.
