How much does pickup & delivery cost?
Pickup & delivery jobs range from $120 (single small item, ground floor to ground floor) to $1,200+ (multiple items with stairs and long distance). We provide flat-rate quotes based on the specifics of your job.
Can you pick up from a store?
Yes. We pick up from IKEA, West Elm, CB2, Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware, and other stores. Just provide the address and order info.
Do you assemble IKEA furniture?
Yes. We deliver AND assemble IKEA furniture. Assembly is included in the quote for most IKEA items. Just let us know what you’re getting.
Can you pay the seller for me?
Yes. Provide us the funds (cash or transfer) and we’ll pay the seller on pickup. Useful for online marketplace purchases where sellers don’t accept cards.
How fast can you schedule a pickup?
Same-day pickups are often available. Call by 10 AM and we’ll often complete the job by afternoon. Next-day is standard for larger items.
Do you move pianos and pool tables?
Yes. We have specialized equipment for pianos (upright and grand), pool tables, safes, and other heavy/fragile items. White-glove service available.
