Storage FAQ
How much does storage cost?
Storage starts at $100–$200/month for a few items (closet-sized) and scales based on volume. A typical 1-bedroom’s worth of furniture runs $250–$400/month. All pricing is transparent and flat-rate.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No — month-to-month is our standard. We do offer a 10% discount for 6+ month commitments, but it’s optional.
Is the facility climate-controlled?
Yes. Our facility maintains temperature between 60–78°F year-round, with humidity controls. This protects wood furniture, leather, electronics, artwork, and documents.
How do I access my items?
You can schedule a delivery (we bring items to you) or visit the facility during business hours (M-F 9am–5pm, Sat 10am–2pm) for self-pickup.
Do you offer packing for storage?
Yes — our pack-and-store service includes professional packing, transport to facility, and storage. We unpack and deliver when you need it.
What about insurance?
All items in storage are covered by our facility insurance. For high-value items (over $5,000 total), we recommend additional coverage — we can help you arrange it.
