How much does office moving cost?
Small offices (5–15 people) run $1,500–$4,000. Medium offices (20–50 people) run $4,000–$12,000. Large offices (50+ people) are quoted based on inventory and scope. Weekend moves are quoted at the same rate as weekday moves.
Can we move without losing a workday?
Yes — that’s how most office moves work. We start Friday evening, work through the night if needed, and finish by Monday morning. Your team arrives to a fully functional office.
Do you handle IT equipment?
Yes. We work with your IT team or vendor to coordinate disconnection and reconnection of servers, workstations, networking gear, and phones. We handle the physical move with care.
What about building requirements?
We provide Certificates of Insurance within 24 hours. We handle freight elevator reservations, loading dock scheduling, and any other building-specific requirements.
How far in advance should we book?
For small offices, 2–4 weeks is typical. For larger offices (50+ people), 6–12 weeks is recommended. We can accommodate shorter notice for an additional logistics fee.
Can you work with our office furniture vendor?
Yes — we coordinate with Herman Miller, Steelcase, Knoll, and other modular furniture vendors for proper disassembly and reinstallation.
