Packing Guide

Room-by-Room Packing

Kitchen

• Wrap dishes individually in paper
• Pack plates vertically (like records) to prevent breakage
• Use dish pack boxes with cell dividers for fragile items
• Tape bags of loose items to the inside of cabinet doors

Bedroom

• Use wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes
• Wrap mattress in plastic
• Bag soft items (linens, pillows) in large plastic bags to compress

Living Room

• Remove TV from wall mount and pack in original box if possible
• Disassemble furniture (sofas, tables) and bag hardware
• Wrap mirrors and artwork in cardboard corner protectors
