Studio moves run $380–$550, 1-bedrooms $540–$780, 2-bedrooms $780–$1,150, 3-bedrooms $1,150–$1,650. All quotes are flat-rate and include everything: crew, truck, padding, travel time. No hidden fees.
Do I need a parking permit for the moving truck?
In most NYC neighborhoods, yes. We handle the NYC DOT parking permit process for you — typically $50–$100 depending on the location, included in your quote.
Do you handle walk-up apartments?
Yes — walk-ups are a daily part of our work. We bring stair blankets, padding, and the right crew size for any floor count. No extra “stair fees”.
Do you provide Certificates of Insurance?
Yes — we provide COI within 24 hours of request. Most NYC buildings require $1M–$2M coverage; we carry $2M+ standard.
How far in advance should I book?
