How much does a commercial move cost in NYC?
Office moves range from $1,500 for a small studio office to $50,000+ for large corporate HQs. Cost depends on square footage, floor count, distance, packing services, and timing. We provide fixed-price quotes after a site survey.
Do you handle COI requirements?
Yes. Most NYC buildings require Certificates of Insurance with $1M–$5M coverage, additional insured endorsements, and specific wording. We provide all of this at no extra cost.
Can you work nights or weekends?
Yes. Most commercial moves happen Friday night through Sunday to avoid business disruption. We staff crews for overnight and weekend work year-round.
Do you handle IT equipment?
Yes. We disassemble, pack, transport, and reassemble servers, workstations, networking equipment, and peripherals. Coordinate with your IT team or run the move independently.
How far in advance should I book?
For office moves, book 4–8 weeks ahead. This allows time for COI processing, building coordination, and proper planning. Last-minute office moves are sometimes possible but cost more.
Do you offer storage between moves?
Yes. If your new space isn’t ready, or if you’re downsizing, we provide month-to-month climate-controlled storage with pickup and delivery included.
