Terms of Service

Service Agreement

By requesting moving services from Excellence Moving, you agree to the following terms. Excellence Moving provides professional moving and storage services in accordance with industry standards and applicable New York State regulations.

Pricing & Payment

All quotes are flat-rate and binding unless scope of work changes. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before scheduled move date incur no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee up to 10% of the quote.

Liability

Excellence Moving carries basic liability coverage as required by New York State law. Additional valuation coverage is available upon request.
